For those who are interested this is a graph of my 2 year weight loss.In another 4 kgms I will be approximately half my starting weight!!!
The red line represents my target weight which (amazingly) is still 15 kgms below where I am now. Roll on October when hopefully I will have arrived.

Congratulations, well done! I can't read the graph. Did you have health problems, did they resolve? How are you doing it?
I hope to get a better graph up but did it all too quickly.(the graph that is).

Fantastic effort, Stephen. I can really appreciate the effort - I have a long way to go, but I hope that in 2 years time I can be as proud of my effort as you, justifiably, are of yours.
