I just think that constant reiteration of the simplistic phrase "Big Fat New Tax!" to describe the Government's carbon trading scheme was tiresome the first time it was uttered.
It is patronising in the extreme to the electorate assuming that monosyllabic pejoratives are the only level of economic language we will understand.
Trouble is that some of us are happy with that.
