Poking fun at the clergy

Our hostess for lunch on Christmas Day has a perceptive eye when it comes to the clergy. She remarked to her husband and I how we had changed since we were ordained (me a hundred years ago and he a thousand or so it seems).

"You both used to be so strict! Telling people to do this and that...and now you realise it was a bit silly!" I think we do!
