I for one will not sleep better tonight knowing that once again the world has executed another human being.No matter how "evil" we might assume or presume him to be there is a certain sense of irony that those who so loudly bey for the blood of such men as Saddam Hussein, so loudly decry the life taken through abortion or euthanasia.
I do not condone either of those courses of action, but find it rather disturbing that death penalty protagonists don't get this profound contradiction. see the ABC story here
